Estimated Shipping Time:

The estimated shipping times are provided as a guide, and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee delivery within these exact time frames. 

All orders that fall below the free shipping threshold will incur shipping charges based on the total weight of the order. The full shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once your address has been entered.

Express: 1-3 business days

Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Parcels
Once your purchase has been lodged with the eligible shipping carrier, Devyani Lashes is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels. For any problems or inquiries, contact Australia Post customer service for faster and more precise assistance.

Store Pickup*
If you have selected pickup as your shipping option, please get in contact with us at hello@devyanilashes.com.au and provide your full name and order number in the subject line of your email, and we will provide further instructions.
